COMMERCIAL & MAGAZINE ASSIGNMENTS

PERSONAL: SPECIAL EVENTS & FAMILIES
INTERIORS & ARCHITECTURE
Working with people to tell editorial and business stories is one of the most rewarding elements of my creative career. My assignment work has taken me across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and I have closely collaborated with assigned writers and local facilitators. In addition to the travel and fashion industries, I’ve worked with energy, agriculture, and high tech.
My comfort with communicating with others, even “strangers” I’ve just met, extensive travel experience, and genuine interest in their stories help me zero in on the essential shots. Being creative is not enough in my business, and I am diligent about bringing images that fit the storyline. I’ve traveled solo and with writers, where we worked together on fine-tuning details.
I’m an experienced international traveler, sensitive to other cultures, and always research and prepare before taking on any assignments. I’m used to working within deadlines and non-disclosure agreements, when needed.

What my clients say
“I had the absolute pleasure of working with Renata Kosina in a professional capacity for more than 12 years. Renata has an infectious passion for the art of photography. She is not content to remain status quo and is always looking for ways to improve not only her skills as a photographer, but also the experience for her clients/subjects. Renata is creative, honest, engaging, funny and genuine which allows her to bring out the best in those around her. Skilled in both product photography as well as portraiture, I would recommend her for any photography project.”
